“This is an additional review. We recently boarded our golden retriever again at Forever Friends and we had a issue with his paws before dropping him off that needed mousse to be applied twice a day and oral medication. The staff was absolutely fantastic. I just cant say enough positive things about everyone here. When we picked Baker up he was just having so much fun and he was happy and his paws looked great. I felt horrible this happened to him right before our trip but they took care of him like their own. Thank you so much for taking such good care. We never had to worry about him.
We boarded our golden retriever for a week at forever friends and he must of had a great time because he came home and was totally normal. He was happy Healthy and no hot spots. When he gets nervous he gets hit spots but he was just great. I highly recommend this place and will definitely continue to take him here in the future. Thank you to the staff that did such a great job.”

“I have been to Northview a number of times for ER visits. They’ve always been great and have at times worked with me to help make things easier. They’ve fulfilled my requests for providing easier to administer medication and once performed a quick tech diagnosis of an empty bladder as my home monitor had raised an alert, they alleviate my concern and saved me waiting for a doc to become available to check. They seem to really care and want to help. All vets are expensive but from my fairly extensive exposure to other clinics, I find them pretty reasonable.”

“Dr. Lindstrom is a wonderful avian vet and kind soul. He has helped me with multiple rescue birds over the years, and he's the reason one bird is still living. He's brilliant, kind and compassionate. He also takes the time to explain things thorougly.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because his assistant isn't very nice and she's overbearing. I dread anytime I have to speak with her. In fact, she was the reason I took my birds to another avian vet.
My other concern is their pricing. Due to rising costs of veterinary bills and food, I've stopped taking in birds in need because I can no longer afford to care for and vet them. Volunteer workers, fosters and adopters of multiple birds could really use a small break, and that includes all avian vets.”
“The team here cares about pets. My cat had a bad case of bladder stones and really helped him through this hard time. I trust them completely and appreciate their help and support during this hardship.

“I’d like to say this woman is doing the lords work. A euthanasia at a big corporate hospital in the area is about 400$. Exam fees are insane and blood work is high too, will easily be over 1,000. She is being a champion for her profession by trying to make vet care accessible. Literally she is mobile. Quit expecting veterinarians to have crystal balls. And quit expecting services to be free. Even parents of babies in the NICU get a bill.A kitten can develop kidney failure in a few days. How is a weight helpful if there is no medical hx and the cat has a good body composition and no meds are prescribed. Quit comparing it to human medicine.You’re amazing Dr! Keep on being great.NOMV”
“Had my dog rex (heeler mix) roughly 8-9 years old in for CCL surgery on july 10 so it’s been about 2 full months and he is like a puppy again with all the energy he’s got now thanks to them for fixing him up. any future needs i will be back, the staff is awesome all the way around and very thorough with details on everything. price was very good as well compared to other places! Thank you!!!”

When it comes to my animal care I will never go anywhere else, they are always willing to work with me on treatment plans and take care of my babies from my rabbit to my German shepherd and every critter in between, they have always given us the absolute best care. “This is the vet I would recommend to everyone with a fur baby. We tragically lost our kitty from a heart condition and the doctor and staff here were so comforting and kind and helped ease my pain and even sent us flowers. They are not one of those clinics that are about making the most profit, they are really for helping the animal. They went above and beyond for us. Truly the best clinic around.”
“A very warm and kind environment. This was the first time I have ever been to this vet. I had an emergency for my dog everyone else turned me away but, Avon animal hospital managed to get me in within 2 hours. All of the staff was extremely friendly and kind. Dr. Poling was very empathetic and explained everything in details for me. In all my years of owning pets and making visits to veterinarians the Avon animal hospital is one of the best experiences I've encountered. Also, very affordable.”

“I cannot say enough about Dr. Saxton and this clinic. Our dog is 4 years old and he can be very nervous around new people and places. Last year when I took him to our old vet, he was anxious and the vet treated him like he was dangerous and aggressive, when all he needed was a little positive reassurance and some treats to let him know that everything was okay. This year, I took a leap of faith based on the online reviews and called Big Creek to schedule an appointment for him. I was immediately put at ease by the kind vet tech who scheduled his appointment--she was so understanding of Dug's nervousness and scheduled us for the Olmsted Falls location since it's smaller and has less traffic. When it was time for Dug's appointment, everyone at Big Creek was so sweet to him. He was still nervous, but they did so much to put him at ease and were so kind and patient throughout his checkup. He loved the staff and gave them all some kisses for being so gentle and patient with him. We both are looking forward to future visits, and I cannot recommend this vet and Dr Saxton enough, especially for pet owners with nervous nellies ❤️ Thank you all so much for being so wonderful to me and my boy ❤️”
