“I had a perfect experience. I had to take my cat because I was concerned about her sudden weight loss. We were new there and even arrived 10 minutes late (I made a wrong turn). They saw Bella quickly, she is normally a skittish cat but she was so comfortable. We were assured that Bella would be ok, she received all of her necessary vaccines, the procing was reasonable, and everyone was so pleasant. I am so glad that I was referred to this animal hospital. I will bring each of my animals here!”
“Wow. I was looking for a specific floating plant for my aquarium. I purchased a batch of frogbit--super green, no snails. What impressed me more was that this is a traditional neighborhood pet store. I will always go here first, instead of a big box chain from now on. Wonderful vibe.”

“Our normal vet is not open on weekends. My pup was up all night shaking head and digging in her one ear. Happy pet was thankfully able to get us in today. They were all super friendly and caring. They also didn’t try to do unnecessary treatments just to up charge me like other vets have done in the past. Dr. Perez was great :). If you’re looking for a new vet I highly recommend.”

“We’ve been so unhappy with the large vet in NR we’ve been going to for years. Very unfriendly staff, long wait times, and extremely expensive. My son referred me to Animal Health Center and I was absolutely impressed with my entire experience. Everyone is so welcoming! Dr. Baumann is such a warm, caring, and knowledgeable vet! My dog was thoroughly checked over and was not rushed out like our previous veterinary practice would have. All of our questions were answered and I left knowing my dog was going to be okay. I highly recommend this practice. I’m so happy we found it?”

“Jan is the most amazing person! She is so great, she always so friendly and tries to make everything as convenient and easy as possible! I cannot say enough good things about her and all of the staff back at the lodging and doggy day care! Our Great Dane Ottis LOVES going and sings us the excited song of his people the entire 5 min drive to Doggy Day Care, and he comes home completely whooped! We love all of the people at the lodging center they are the reason we continue to come there! 100000/10 would reccomend! Way more than 5 stars!”

“I've been taking my dogs and cats to Bretton Ridge for 7 years and they take amazing care of them all. The staff has been consistently incredible the entire time. One of my cats was diagnosed with Asthma and Dr. V has put him on a great plan that makes him feel much better.”

“Dr. Lindstrom is a wonderful avian vet and kind soul. He has helped me with multiple rescue birds over the years, and he's the reason one bird is still living. He's brilliant, kind and compassionate. He also takes the time to explain things thorougly.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because his assistant isn't very nice and she's overbearing. I dread anytime I have to speak with her. In fact, she was the reason I took my birds to another avian vet.
My other concern is their pricing. Due to rising costs of veterinary bills and food, I've stopped taking in birds in need because I can no longer afford to care for and vet them. Volunteer workers, fosters and adopters of multiple birds could really use a small break, and that includes all avian vets.”

“Dr. Nikki with Mobile Vet Services has been such a blessing to our family. Not only does she make annual checkups and vaccinations completely stress-free by coming to our home, but she also walked us through one of the hardest days of our lives with compassion and grace by offering home euthanasia.
We had to lay our 3-year-old Dalmatian to rest due to bone cancer. Dr. Nikki allowed us to say goodbye in the comfort of our own home, surrounded by love. She calmly and gently explained every step of the process so our family knew exactly what to expect. She cried with us, while still remaining professional, steady, and incredibly caring. It truly felt like she treated him as if he were her own.
We are so blessed to have her involved in all of our pets’ care. I genuinely hope she knows she is an angel on earth and would recommend her to every pet loving family.”

“Rita and dr Odonell are extraordinary. I am 17 year old and my parents out of town. I went into the vet because my dog was limping. I came in as a same day appt, they always seem to have those. I came to this specific vet because my friends dog had a big wound and they were able to take her in when no one else would. Turns out she had a tumor and I unfortunately had to put her down by myself. They were very understanding and walked me through everything and made sure my dog had a good time with some treats before hand. After it all was done they were very caring. They also gave me as much time as I needed with my Bella before and after.”
“We've been to Animal and Avian in the past and been pleased so it made sense to go to them when we got a dog recently. I was a good experience. Dr. Wilson and Chelsea were very calming for our anxious girl, Sugar. Both ladies are very knowledgeable and helped us learn training techniques for our reactive dog who is a rescue. They did a thorough physical exam and made suggestions regarding feeding and maintaining a healthy weight. Animal and Avian Medical Center was clean, had a spacious waiting room and pleasant staff. It will be our "go to" for Sugar.”
“My cat has been seen here before for due to her related health issues and normal check ups. Usually see Dr. Curren but she was off on Friday January 13th so Dr. Kokochak saw my cat. She was wonderful and very thorough as she took so much time discussing my cat's history and the reason for the visit. She listened and answered all of my questions and concerns as my cat had not been eating or drinking for two days and was very listless. The staff here is very caring and helpful. I was very pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment as I really didn't want to have to take her to an ER. I had been coming here for many years for care for my other cats as well. Due to the great care by Dr. Kokochak my cat is feeling much better.Cannot say enough great things about the care my cat always receives here.”

Checked him out and figured out he had a disc problem, she gave him some steroids and he got better. We thought he was a gonner but he's so much better. If you need a vet see Dr. V.”

“My ragdoll kitten Pudding was neutered and received shots here. They did an excellent job, I couldn't even tell he got neutered because the incision was done so well.
They were very thorough with the after care instructions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before taking him home. He received great care here and I thank them for taking such good care of him.
