“I had a check engine light problem due to a faulty gas cap. I brought in my car to get the light reset and Mike was so nice. He check for other issues, made sure my new gas cap was on properly, and reset for me just out of his own courtesy. The shop looks a bit sketchy but it's just a man doing his own honest work. I will be going back for any future maintenance.”

“I would like to say I have been bringing my car to this shop for roughly a year now. I am absolutely picky about where I get my car service done because my dad was a mechanic for a long time. We used to do most of our car work in-built in-home shop, but we don’t have access to it anymore. They helped refurbish my Chevy Cruze to near mint condition, pricing is reasonable. Other services are very reasonable for pricing also. Dustin, the other gentleman are very good at communicating. And I would like to give a shout-out to Tom Sora, amazing man and runs his business extremely well. Will take care of your cars and someone I trust very well. “Out-of-towner who had a flat tire on a Sunday morning while staying overnight in the Cincinnati area. Most tire places were closed. Went to an auto service store near our Airbnb. They told me they wouldn’t even be able to get to it that day. Searched and saw that Quality Tire was open. Drove over to the store. Less than 10 minutes and $10 later, they had my tire off, patched, and my wife and I back on the road, enjoying our day. Truly saved our weekend getaway. Thanks so much!”

The driver was great, he bent the door and forced it closed so we could drive it instead of being towed. He was so nice and funny, made the rainy night less stressful. Thanks!”

“Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! They also dealt seamlessly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Eastern Hills Automotive and plan to come to them in the future with any auto repair needs.”

“Went over a curb and got stuck teetering, with one tire in the air. Called one company and they couldn't come out and was told to call Blust. They answered right away and Gary was there within 10 minutes. He was able to get me out without any additional damage. Definitely will be saving their number for any other emergencies.”
“I never usually leave reviews, but the person who towed my Jeep was lovely! I got stuck in the mud last night and tried everything to get out. I called Geico to send a tow truck this morning with the ETA to be 9:45 and they got there around 9:15! Very kind, quick and efficient - he even said he pulled out two other Jeeps before mine this morning, haha. I will definitely call them again if needed :)”

“Ray and Jacob are both heroes (without the capes). This local gem of a repair shop is honest and fair. I used to go up the street to a different mechanic I won't name. They weren't bad, just expensive, which caused me to look around and find Cooks. They've been in business for an impressive amount of time, I believe just shy of 100 years. I've even seen an interesting YouTube interview with Ray that explains the history of the shop. Good honest and reliable mechanics are so hard to find. Only thing, and I don't even consider this an issue, but they will take their time and not rush any job. It is a smaller family owned shop, and the main man is a bit older, so there can be some wait time, but to me, quality will always come before quantity when it comes to repairing the right way ✅️”
