They were the cheapest around and the most reliable. As well as paying attention to my special requests, as I wasn't on site with them for the second tow this week. Thank you so much for everything!”

“I had a check engine light problem due to a faulty gas cap. I brought in my car to get the light reset and Mike was so nice. He check for other issues, made sure my new gas cap was on properly, and reset for me just out of his own courtesy. The shop looks a bit sketchy but it's just a man doing his own honest work. I will be going back for any future maintenance.”

“I'm very satisfied with their service, our van broke down at a busy intersection in Florence on a Sunday and I called Bob's Service and they were able to send someone to tow our van out of the road whithin 20 minutes or so, the driver was very professional and kind and their price was reasonable.. “Out-of-towner who had a flat tire on a Sunday morning while staying overnight in the Cincinnati area. Most tire places were closed. Went to an auto service store near our Airbnb. They told me they wouldn’t even be able to get to it that day. Searched and saw that Quality Tire was open. Drove over to the store. Less than 10 minutes and $10 later, they had my tire off, patched, and my wife and I back on the road, enjoying our day. Truly saved our weekend getaway. Thanks so much!”

“Our door was hit (while open) in a parking lot so it wouldn’t close. The car also would not drive without the door closed so we called for a tow. The driver was great, he bent the door and forced it closed so we could drive it instead of being towed. He was so nice and funny, made the rainy night less stressful. Thanks!”
“I had a great experience at Cincinnati Auto Haus. I brought my Oddysey in because of a battery/alternator issue. I had taken my vehicle to another mechanic for this same issue just a few years ago so I brought it to CAH hoping to get better results. The owner did a timely inspection of my vehicle and was very transparent about the different issues he saw. The service I received from CAH was informative, transparent and timely. In addition the price was very reasonable compared to my experiences at other auto-mechanics in the past. It's nice to have our family vehicle rolling again.”
“I never usually leave reviews, but the person who towed my Jeep was lovely! I got stuck in the mud last night and tried everything to get out. I called Geico to send a tow truck this morning with the ETA to be 9:45 and they got there around 9:15! Very kind, quick and efficient - he even said he pulled out two other Jeeps before mine this morning, haha. I will definitely call them again if needed :)”

“Josh was dispatched to tow my car from a hebron to montgomery. AAA quoted 2 hrs, Joshua called 10 mins later, arrives 30 mins later. Very pleasant, sweet man who was experienced in towing. He went the extra mile trying to find my oil cap to no avail which I accidentally dropped in under the hood but thankfully it was knocked loose while moving the car on flatbed. I was very grateful that he replaced it once he dropped it off at dealership..avoiding questions from dealer. Thankful to this young man in my hour of need. Such a sad sight my baby on the truck but happy it safely arrived at the dealership.”
“After my insurance company erroneously towed my car to a defunct address, and the first shop that received it intended to profit from my ambiguous brake failure without forming a solid conclusion otherwise, I contacted Charlie Lipps', and the owner himself towed it after-hours from northern Kentucky to Delhi. I'm new to Cincinnati and have only dealt with this business on one occasion, but I felt immediately that I had come to a trustworthy place. Charles really listens to your concerns and will tell you as best he can whatever you'd like to know--whether it's about how far along your vehicle is in the diagnostic process, or about the area.”

“Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! They also dealt seamlessly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Eastern Hills Automotive and plan to come to them in the future with any auto repair needs.”

“2017 WRX . My son hit a small animal , and we needed a new front bumper cover painted and installed . In and back out in three days . These guys re installed my front lip , front splitter , and left fog light at no extra charge . I really could not be happier with the service . Quick , and done right . Zero complaints . “Recently had a series of unfortunate events resulting in severe damage to one of the axles of our 26 ft travel trailer. Although covered thru insurance. All companies contracted with them refused service. Being a Westsider and having previous great experiences with Schaffer's, I gave them a call. Schaffer's put me in touch with their heavy recovery driver whom got us home safe and sound and no further damage to the trailer. They answered right away and Gary was there within 10 minutes. He was able to get me out without any additional damage. Definitely will be saving their number for any other emergencies.”
