Additionally, when I purchased the hood it needed to be delivered to a business and Donnie allowed me to have it delivered to his business. He kept it there for several days while I was out of town then loaded it on my truck for me. He is a great guy and someone you can trust. He gets my highest recommendation!!!!”

“Ihad a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon.i pulled into the firestone in newport.they were able to replace my tires within the hour on a busy day for them.a couple weeks later I realized my tires were not balanced.I called the store and was told to come in whenever it was convenient for me!I returned yesterday and all my tires were rebalanced at no charge! Being a senior on limited income,I was so happy.the staff at this store location are the best,even working together on cars and helping each other out! To top it off they were very kind to me assuring me they would fix my tires and everything would be ok! I will be returning to this firestone for any car needs I have!”

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!. Definitely go here!!!! Absolutely amazing. No, PHENOMENAL !!!!! I couldn't thank these guys more. Scott, the manager, and his crew really took care of me. They had to fix everything attached to one of my tires(stupid semis swerving out of their lane.)These guys went over and beyond for me. After my repairs I still had to get a new rim and tire. Figured why not just get a rIm at the junkyard. I took my car to Michel Tires Plus, in Fort Thomas Kentucky. I have used them before so I figured I'd be safe. Something felt wrong after the out it on, so I took it back here to AAA. Scott informed me that the rim that I brought them was not for my car. That it was extremely dangerous that I was even driving on it. He wouldn't even let me leave with it on. So Michel Tires Plus let me leave their lot knowing something could happen to me. I am so thankful for going to AAA. If it wasn't for them I could have kept driving on that rim and it have fallen off leading to another accident. Scott even went the extra mile. I finally got a new rim and he generously put the tire on the rim and attached it to my car. Also did another once over of the other tires. Thank you so much you guys. It feels really good to be safe again. Again, if you help with your car GO HERE! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!”
