“$$ Tree is always a hot or miss on the seasonal stuff. But the things garentee to have. Like battery candles or all shapes, sizes, glow in dark sticks, fake flowers, etc; those are great , fast pick up. & cheaper than big box stores. & they have tons of balloons to pick from . CHEAPER than the other bigger stores.”
“Compliment and thanks to Mahlia, a sales clerk for her time and compassion. While I was looking through a sale rack of cloths, I felt my ring slip off. This ring was special, because it belonged to my grandmother. I was frantically looking for it. I even crawled across the floor. Mahalia, who was putting out stock saw me and kindly asked if she could help. She even moved the racks. She finally found my ring, which has fallen into ta pockets.I blessed her and offered her a reward. She would not rake anything but my thanks. I am so thankful for her help. And taking the time and extra effort to help me. Coodos to her kindness.”

“This is the first time I've been to the store on Beechmont. It was amazing when I walked in because it's huge. Anyways, I shop clearance and a lot of markdown items because I work for Urgent Care and I like to buy sick kids little goodies. I noticed your clearance items and it had 50% off on top of what they're already marked down so I spent a really good time in that section putting stuff in my basket. I was so excited because I got a lot of stuff for only $10. Amy, who is an employee, is super awesome and nice! My first question was I do get 50% off on top of the already marked down price correct. She did tell me no because the signs aren't down but she will go ahead and give me what I have in my basket since the sign was up. My heart about dropped when she told me no at first because I just spent a really good time going through all that stuff. LOL but she gave me my stuff that I had in my basket and was very nice about it and told me that it's not right to not do it because that's what it says and that's what I saw. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I will definitely be back, and as matter of fact this will probably be my Dollar General I go to for now on. Thank you so much Amy for your time and generosity Dollar General is very lucky to have an employee like you! Keep up the good work!”

“I recently purchased an outdoor picnic set. As a Senior living alone, Adam at the store accommodated my preference for for the floor model. He fully shrink wrapped it to safely put in my small SUV which fit. I could not be more appreciative of Adan’s outstanding customer service and fully meeting my needs. “I went in to purchase a couch that they did not have all the pieces to at Fairfield location. Fairfield location told me Princeton Pike location had everything so I headed that way for I wanted same day delivery. Since I had just moved to Fairfield, I recieved in the mail a 20% off for the Fairfield location. Kimra (the Manager at Princeton Pike) honored the 20% even though it was for a different store. She is extremely kind and thourough. Even though it is a longer drive I will shop this store just for Kimra.”
“The lady there was great dont know if she was manager. But she helped me out on ST. Pattys Day. Thanks soooo much. Great customer service. She got off at 2 working all by herself and still done a selfless act and helped me with a smile on her face. Dont remember her name but she was phenomenal!!! Even though she was getting off soon. “I walked into this Dolller General on Pippin Road on 11/13/21 the line was very long but I could see that the women checking out people was working both registers checking people out blowing up Balloons for people thanking people for thier patience as I got up to the register she smiled at me and I told her how much I appreciated her being there she smiled and said Thankyou so much for your patience .She was doing a great job getting people checked out. She said she was very grateful for her Job. All I could think was I have been a plant Superviser for 40 years And I was totally impressed. I sure hope that Dollar General on Pippin Road knows how great of an Employee she is I'm not sure what her name was But Im sure they can figure that out She was awesome Best customer service skills”

“This is the nicest, cleanest store in the area. Always enjoy this location. Only complaint, one cashier for a line that was halfway down the isle. The cashier was very friendly and provided great customer service considering how busy she was.”

“We came here specifically because read online that this was the 2nd largest Dollar Tree in the US, however we did not get that experience at all when we walked in. It is about the same size as our Dollar Tree on the other side of Cincinnati and the items were the same.However, it is clean and bright and the employees are kind. I am giving this a 4 star review because it was okay, no complaints, just not wow or a knock my socks off experience to warrant a 5 star review.”

“It's just like any other Family Dollar location throughout the country. This particular one is located in a mostly abandoned shopping center, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't kind of worried that I was going to blow out a tire or break an axle in the parking lot that is in terrible shape. Lol. But on my visit here, they had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and polite. I'd go back.”
