“I was in line for a return and there was only one lady doing cashier/ check out. She was keeping her cool as line got longer. She announced over intercom she needs help. No response. She stayed calm as line grows longer. She announced again but this time for management. Still noone seems to be in a hurry to help her out. “This is the first time I've been to the store on Beechmont. It was amazing when I walked in because it's huge. Anyways, I shop clearance and a lot of markdown items because I work for Urgent Care and I like to buy sick kids little goodies. I noticed your clearance items and it had 50% off on top of what they're already marked down so I spent a really good time in that section putting stuff in my basket. I was so excited because I got a lot of stuff for only $10. Amy, who is an employee, is super awesome and nice! My first question was I do get 50% off on top of the already marked down price correct. She did tell me no because the signs aren't down but she will go ahead and give me what I have in my basket since the sign was up. My heart about dropped when she told me no at first because I just spent a really good time going through all that stuff. LOL but she gave me my stuff that I had in my basket and was very nice about it and told me that it's not right to not do it because that's what it says and that's what I saw. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I will definitely be back, and as matter of fact this will probably be my Dollar General I go to for now on. “I went in to purchase a couch that they did not have all the pieces to at Fairfield location. Fairfield location told me Princeton Pike location had everything so I headed that way for I wanted same day delivery. Since I had just moved to Fairfield, I recieved in the mail a 20% off for the Fairfield location. Kimra (the Manager at Princeton Pike) honored the 20% even though it was for a different store. She is extremely kind and thourough. Even though it is a longer drive I will shop this store just for Kimra.”

“I went into this location at about 5:20-5:25 friday march 25th looking to get soup and crackers because I felt so awful. You had a young woman working here, who may have been the friendliest person I have ever met to work customer service. She was so upbeat and so polite that it almost made me feel well enough to go back to work. I hope she remains at this location, she was a ray of sunshine to even be around. “I walked into this Dolller General on Pippin Road on 11/13/21 the line was very long but I could see that the women checking out people was working both registers checking people out blowing up Balloons for people thanking people for thier patience as I got up to the register she smiled at me and I told her how much I appreciated her being there she smiled and said Thankyou so much for your patience .She was doing a great job getting people checked out. She said she was very grateful for her Job. All I could think was I have been a plant Superviser for 40 years And I was totally impressed. I sure hope that Dollar General on Pippin Road knows how great of an Employee she is I'm not sure what her name was But Im sure they can figure that out She was awesome Best customer service skills”

I think there are a lot of things that some people just don't realize. You should go to the store and walk the whole thing just to see what they have. I think you'll be surprised at what you can get for $1.25. I do recommend taking a look. The people have always been very nice here as well.”

I like the inexpensive greeting cards for 1 dollar and they are American Greeting. They occasionally have some decent sales on pop or soup. Surprised that they lock up laundry pods. Employees were friendly. They have digital coupons.”
