The process of checking in and out is crazy fast, the prices are the cheapest in the entire area (I compared for weeks leading up) and the guys running the place are great to work with. “Devan is the only reason I still use enterprise. Guy goes out of his way on the customer service side. I rent at least once every two weeks or so. Wadsworth location is the only one I’ll use. Customer service training does not seem to be priority for enterprise, however Devan excels in it.”

By far the best customer service, if that particular store Diane have it he’ll call around and make it happen. I’m now a preferred plus!”

“I’ve rented a few trailers and an RV from RVShare. The process is easy and straightforward. Each time, the rental has met or exceeded the expectations.My only real complaint is the cost of insurance that you are required to get. For a 4 day rental, it was 53% of the cost of the rental (rental: $372, insurance: $194). I understand there’s a higher risk, but it feels excessive when compared to the cost of the rv rental. They really need to figure out how to get that under control.”

“We have been renting from Avis for about 10 years now. Never had an issue. In fact, we ONLY go to Avis for rental needs. Employees are very helpful. I love that they are open on Sundays. Makes planning the drop off a lot easier. As far as using a credit card at pick up...I wasn't too thrilled either, but that is for deposit. You can change payment type at drop off.”
