“Compared to Budget Rentals, this place is a godsend. Daniel, the store manager, provided our service, and he was nothing short of excellent. He was very friendly and accommodated all of our needs on short notice. I will never go to any other car rental establishment again. Don't use Budget Rentals!!!”

“I had a great experience with this location. I was renting a cat for a few day due to mechanical issues on my personal vehicle. I was picked up after I had made my reservation online, and when I got there I noticed that they were busy and I was fine with that. When my turn came to be taken care of, the you gentleman Jacob was apologetic because of the fact it seemed to be getting busier, but everyone else was on breaks or helping out with something else. Everyone in the showroom understood. We all told him we were fine. When he pulled my car around we had a laugh together because I was given a Toyota Corolla, I am 6 foot tall, and overweight, so it was quite funny for me getting both in and out, but I told him I was fine, since it would only.be for a few days, after he volunteered to give me a different car.
I was pleased with the service provided and the care they gave me and everyone else that was there. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a rental company for a few days.”

“I’ve rented a few trailers and an RV from RVShare. The process is easy and straightforward. Each time, the rental has met or exceeded the expectations.My only real complaint is the cost of insurance that you are required to get. For a 4 day rental, it was 53% of the cost of the rental (rental: $372, insurance: $194). I understand there’s a higher risk, but it feels excessive when compared to the cost of the rv rental. They really need to figure out how to get that under control.”
“The staff in this office gets our highest recommendation. We rented an SUV for a cross country trip to visit our daughter. About 4 hours into our trip the SUV overheated. I called the staff at the Akron office and they helped us exchange the vehicle for another and went above and beyond to help get us back on the road. It’s great to know that they had our back and were so very helpful. Thank you.”
“We have been renting from Avis for about 10 years now. Never had an issue. In fact, we ONLY go to Avis for rental needs. Employees are very helpful. I love that they are open on Sundays. Makes planning the drop off a lot easier. As far as using a credit card at pick up...I wasn't too thrilled either, but that is for deposit. You can change payment type at drop off.”

“Awesome place to get collision work done!
I spoke to both Courtney and Tammy throughout the repair process. Both of them were extremely helpful and kind! They even provided updates so I was not left in the dark on what was happening.
Once estimates were approved and the parts were ordered, it took 3 days to repair my vehicle! Quick, efficient, and they did an excellent job! I can't even tell that the vehicle was involved in a collision.”
