“Had front/rear brakes done. Took it back for major squeaking. They cleaned off rotors and pads and I hoped for the best. Squeaking continued. Returned to shop and they warrantied them out and replaced front. No issues since picking it up earlier this week. Thanks for making it right, guys!”

“I don't normally leave reviews good or bad and I was a bit leary about taking my car to kens after reading the reviews. However my experience with Ken and the other mechanic who’s name I forgot was excellent ! I work next door and as soon as my car broke down he walked over and diagnosed it instantly. When I took the car in they kept me updated and explained everything over the phone while I was out of town. They suggested some other repairs that I honestly didn’t think needed done but decided to trust the experts. After coming back and driving my car out of the shop I’m amazed how much smoother my car is after replacing the broken tie rod and 3 out of 4 control arms on my ford fusion. In addition to that breaks feels better my emergency break is not loose anymore and I didn’t even have any work done to those. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend! “I was starting a road trip to see my family for the holiday when at the worst possible time, part of my exhaust came undone on the highway. It was just before Christmas, so I assumed there was going to be no way to get my car fixed, or see my family this year. I called and explained the situation. They graciously offered to look at my car that same day. When I got there, the entire staff was so friendly, and they managed to get me back on the road in a few hours. I’m extremely thankful they were so kind and willing to help a stranger in an awful situation. I highly recommend them for any car service you may need.”

“I'm so glad I was recommended this shop by one of my friends. Todd is a standup guy who does honest work and took good care of my Bronco. I was having several issues with my suspension and a leaking brake hardline. I was in way over my head on fixing them myself. I ended up needing 2 ball joints and U-Joint on the left front, and a new hub, spindle, and U-Joint on the Right Front.Todd has almost too good to be true prices on his parts and labor and has a turnaround time like I've never seen before. You can really tell taking care of the customer is more important to him than pocketing as much money as possible unlike some other shops I've been to. He really hooked me up when it came to the parts cost for the hub and spindle. He had the brake line ready to go same-day for a price way less than I was expecting and everything else ready before even I was even ready to pick it up.Todd's Garage will be where I take my Bronco from here on out -- I strongly recommend his shop to anyone who has a 4x4 OBS Ford.Services: Brakes”

“Taylor B and I had a phone conversation. I saved $165 because Taylor was honest with me about my car's "issue," which wasn't really an issue. To be honest, the biggest thing was that he saved me time. I am not car intelligent, so I've had a lot of workers at other auto dealerships try to blind me. I was therefore rather surprised to have a kind supervisor assist me in saving money. I can say that it undoubtedly made a difference in my day. I've already told my folks about the excellent phone support I received. When I go in to get work done on my automobile, I will most certainly ask to see him.”

“Overall, it was great experience. They’ve plugged my tires for free multiple times, but it finally became time to bite the bullet and get new tires. Employees were very helpful and did not try to upsell anything. Truly seemed like they were doing what was best financially and most efficient. They were able to get the tires on very fast, and I was out the door in less than half an hour. I will be using them again when needed.”
