“A couple months ago I brought in my ford Taurus for a transmission overheat concern, I dropped the car off at night and the following day Ziad and his technicians looked over the car and called me to drive the car for another week to give him more info and data he can work off of. I brought it back to him and was prepared to spend thousands and wanted to just get a new transmission but Ziad recommended a much cost effective route and reassured me it was a good way to go, I went ahead and had him do the work on the car and it’s been months with zero issue and my car is running great. “I have had a number of experiences with this Van's location specifically but the most recent on was the icing on the cake. I took my car in for service to a local authorized dealer for my vehicle. It came back with twice as many issues as I took it in with. They then refused to take a second look and right the wrong. I called Van's at 6pm and was seen at 11am the following day and given the real diagnosis for my vehicle without charge. The vehicle got a clean bill of health with some items to watch. Bet your bottom dollar Van's on Waterloo will be getting my business for those items!”

They are willing to recommended certain services elsewhere if they think it would be beneficial. Recently, my car was acting up while I was driving and I drove straight to Toth. They took my car in right there and had the problem fixed before the end of the day. They will drive you home/to work so that you can continue with your day. “I recently purchased a pre-owned Subaru WRX at Lexus of Akron Canton. It was raining the day I was available to view/testdrive the car. I called to make an appointment and was connected with Yoko, a fantastic sales associate. I asked Yoko if they could get the cat inside and dry it for me to inspect as I am a stickler for paint condition. Yoko agreed and when I arrived she was personally drying it in a service bay. The manager and finance lady gave me similar great experiences. No one was pushy, they wanted to make sure the car was a good fit for me.
