They took my car in right away and Danielle kept in contact with me, attached photos of what the problem was, my options and the cost. “I was looking for a new place to get my oil changed and decided to check out Quickchange based on the great reviews... I was NOT disappointed.
They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I asked about all of my options and what they recommended for my 2008 Mazda 3. They were super honest about all of the options and helped me choose the best one. Their prices are great and I saved so much money over taking it to the dealership. They also let me bring my own oil filter no problem.
We had a great chat while they were doing the oil change and I felt right at home. If you are looking to get any of your fluids changed or one of their other services, I can't recommend them highly enough! I will definitely be back in the future.”

Chris was amazing, he went out of his way to do a thorough inspection of my car and then went above and beyond by looking into things that I asked which he was not required to do for the inspection but did anyways free of charge. “Went in for new tires and needed my brakes checked. Initially wanted pricier tires but they actually told me the less expensive option I originally looked at was a better option. Super helpful and took a look at my brakes. Didn't push an unnecessary repairs and overall the price wasn't bad. I don't normally use chains but I've always had a really good experience at Conrad's and would recommend them.”

“They were quick, friendly and took care of my vehicle. I left it to them to find a bulb for my front light that was out. I asked them to give me the cheapest, and they did. I was very happy. Someone called me as soon as they were done. Unlike other places were they finish and just don't call. I've had that happen several times.”

They were super busy, understaffed, and a lot of customers behaving disrespectfully, but Lenny and Renee worked hard and professionally to explain the delays. Anthony was excellent! He found a spot on my tire missed by another auto tech. He helped me sort out the issue with kindness and patience so I could understand what was happening despite being super busy.”
“Not the cheapest in the area, but your car comes out clean inside and out. When the car is finished. you are always asked to look around and see if there is anything that they missed. Monthly is worth it especially in the winter months!”
