I was in town for the holidays and broke a driveshaft on my civic 3 hours away from home. Had my car towed here, Richard picked up my call on Christmas eve, and the day after Christmas I was on the road again. Super fair price for parts/labor, and incredible customer service. These guys are great!

My transmission went bad on a vehicle that I had quite a few years ago. I had it repaired at Richards and was very satisfied. And once again, I have a transmission that has gone bad and took it to Richard for repair. It was repaired quicker than I expected. The work they do there is very good.
