What truly impressed us was their willingness to go above and beyond, we had to leave at one point to pick up my kids and they were so nice to come out of the store to assist me when we came back instead of me having to take my kids inside to complete everything.

Metro PCs customer services made a huge mistake with a switching of a phone number and Manny helped me talk to them and straighten everything out it took us about 3 hours for the corrections. He display great customer service. I really wish Metro PCs would continue to employ people like Manny that really look out for the customers best interest.”

“Dropped the phone off for a battery swap, guy said 30 min wait, so I ran across the road for a quick bite to eat and made it back before 30 min. The phone phone was ready under 30 min and the battery cost was reasonable at $40. I don't know about the rest of the service offered, but the guy was cool and took care of me for what I needed. I have them a 4 only because there's always room for improvement, otherwise they were a 5 star”

I told him that I didn’t need all the bells and whistles because I’m not the most tech passionate persons and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything.
