“The North Royalton Verizon store is the best store in town. It's way better than the Verizon corporate stores that are in Parma and Strongsville that I visited but had to wait long waiting times just to see a rep and then had bad service. Both those stores just wanted to sell something to you and get you out of the store. Damien at the North Royalton store was excellent. He took the time to find out what my needs were and then directed me to the phones that would best meet my needs. He also was very knowledgeable with the products Verizon has to offer. I also received the best deal on a new phone then any other store around. That's why I bought my phone at this store. I will highly recommend the North Royalton Verizon store to my family and friends when they are in a need for a new phone. “About 3 weeks ago, the owner of the store, fixed my phone. My phone was not working on the screen. I could not type anything on the middle of the screen. The owner was really nice, explained what was going on with my phone and easily helped me get my photos and videos transferred to my new phone. “Dropped the phone off for a battery swap, guy said 30 min wait, so I ran across the road for a quick bite to eat and made it back before 30 min. The phone phone was ready under 30 min and the battery cost was reasonable at $40. I don't know about the rest of the service offered, but the guy was cool and took care of me for what I needed. I have them a 4 only because there's always room for improvement, otherwise they were a 5 star”
