Noah was excellent to work with and had me in and out of the the store with a new phone very quickly. He was knowledgable, quick, helpful, and friendly. Easiest Verizon experience I've had to date.

Our family has had several upgrades, plan changes, number migrations, broken phones and trade ins, in the past 2 months -- Ruthann (& the whole staff) have been GREAT!! Made everything SO easy!!!!
