We were able to try out the mattress and adjustable frame we were looking to buy, and an employee, Lilly, helped us pick out pillows. We were a bit worried we would be pressured to purchase today, but Lilly just sent me an email with everything we had talked about getting, so we have some time to think about it and make sure we’re happy before we move ahead with our purchase. But with a brand name. When we finally picked one out he made the purchasing process a breeze. We no longer needed the box springs we ordered, so we emailed him that same night and the next morning he responded saying that it was no problem and they would be canceled and refunded.
