I will go back if I need something, customer service is 90%of the reason.”

“The shop sells Ashley furniture, so be confident the quality of their items is excellent. You won't find sub-par furniture here. The price is affordable and no one will pressure you to buy anything. It is run by a mother and son team. She is very friendly and welcoming; he is very knowledgeable. Neither of them hounded us while we shopped. I really appreciated that because I was in a wheelchair with a broken leg so it took us a while to see everything! Delivery time was a week out which seems better than average. Start your furniture shopping here before heading to the big showroom box stores. It may save you money and time. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.”

“We had a wonderful experience shopping for a new mattress here. Paul is the one who helped us, and I can't recommend him enough! He was so friendly and knowledgable, answering any questions we had with confidence. He gave us time to browse around the store without following us around like some sales people do. When we finally picked one out he made the purchasing process a breeze. We no longer needed the box springs we ordered, so we emailed him that same night and the next morning he responded saying that it was no problem and they would be canceled and refunded. He is the best!”

The first one was a pillowtop that lasted almost 15 years and he was less expensive than the other two places I looked it. Plus he delivered it for free. Most importantly, he is honest. On all three occasions, he could have sold me a more expensive brand name mattress that would have been several hundred dollars more for essentially the same coil count, build and firmness. But with a brand name. Plus, he made the process and explanation simple and straightforward, and they were flexible in the delivery time so I didn't have to take any time off work; That's why I go back.”

“As my husband and I were walking in I said to him, “don’t let the salesmen talk us into anything! We are just here to look!” Lol. I’m sure a lot of people have felt like that right! We don’t want to be harassed or bulldozed into something right! But anyway, we were met up front by Bobby and he was pleasant and funny. He told us the lay out of the place welcomed us to refreshments and told us he’d check back with us later. And that’s exactly what he did. Never once did I feel pressured, he gave his professional advice and showed us some pieces that we didn’t see. We had lovely conversation and he was a pleasure to work with.
