“My fiance and I needed to upgrade our phones. We both had the now ancient I-phone 11. We went into the store to do it and were greeted right away by the store manager Gil. He pulled up my account right away and explained my options in a way that was very easy to understand. I was able to upgrade to the newest I-phone only adding $10/ month to my bill. The set up and transfer was super simple. He also explained to me what I would see for the next 2 months on my bill and to not freak out that I will be credited the charges that will be on there.
My fiance was not an existing customer, but Gil was very knowledgeable. He explained the options very clearly and he was able to give my fiance a great deal. He is now a Verizon customer with a new upgraded I-Phone. He couldn't be happier with his choice.

“Ty was exceptionally kind, informative, and demonstrated care. He is in the Northbend Rd/Cheviot location and is the sole reason we left T-Mobile. The Verizon perks, price, nor 5g coverage is better. But the service from staff and online support is. The plan price and options are equivalent to competitors. Although we are still working through some transfer and billing issues I trust Ty will get them resolved. The new phone trade in promotions are 2 thumbs up. Not only was Ty positive, low pressure, and knowledgeable he smiled despite being required to work in the hot store with no air conditioning. It was 98 degrees in the city and inside the store 88 degrees. The store lacks presentation and frills but you can tell Ty cares and works with what he has. I'm looking forward to the new experience because Ty cares about the Verizon customers, his job, and the company brand. Ty deserves a big raise and thank you. I recommend.”
“I was just at the Verizon store today with anxiety about getting a new phone. If I would have know that Troy was there to be as helpful as he was I would have done it 6 months ago. It can be nerve racking getting a new cell phone because that’s basically what runs our life’s today with gps email phone calls and texting our loved ones and work related information. I was relieved that he made it so easy and he also unlocked hundreds of dollars of savings being that I got a new phone and a new watch that he has sent to my house so I don’t have to return to the store very helpful 10 out of 10 much appreciated ???”

“Yesterday I took my sons iPhone into get the screen repaired. He shattered the entire LCD screen.I took it in and the men are humble. They gave a fare price to fix it. I was extremely skeptical. He said 45 min. I instantly thought, there’s no way.I came back a hour later and the phone looked brand new. I couldn’t believe the job that he did on this phone. It looked like it came straight from the apple factory. No blemishes. The work he did was amazingly good. As good as if not Better than any apple employee.Im very blessed and thankful for them.Thanks again. Definitely saved me hundreds compared to buying a new phone.”

“I have a great experience with Cory at Tri County Verizon store. After being sent to a YOU break it WE fix it by another guy at Verizon who said he didn't fix. Then I had to apply for insurance and part mailed to my home. Went back to fix it place who sent me back to Verizon where I was lucky to run into Cory who said sure I can repair. He found they had sent me 6 yr old phone. I had paid for my 4yr. Old he called insurance to say what they did. By way during my broken phone time, Verizon had sent me notice all phones on my bill were due a special $1000, phone as I am very long time member. Thanks Cory spent very long fixing me up and getting phone deal and getting my new phone. This guy needs to train your store people. “Moe is one of the rare business owners who actually cares about his customers and makes things right if customers aren’t happy. His hours are extremely convenient for the working person and his prices are surprisingly inexpensive for tech items. His best quality is his willingness to work with all customers and their budgets. He’s lowered the price of three phones and their covers plus countless smoke accessories. Only criticism I will say is I wish he’d hire someone who actually does something instead of holding up counter!!!!”
