“Rosie did an amazing job the morning of my rental. She dealt with 2 very difficult customers in front of me in line, remained patient, and got them taken care of without incident. She quickly handled my paperwork, and hooked up my trailer. While doing so, she dropped a very heavy trailer tongue on her foot, - obviously injuring her - and she soldiered on to help the next customer in line without complaint. That girl deserves a raise/promotion.”
