The staff is always very friendly, much more knowledgeable about tech than I am (it doesn't take much to beat me in that regard, however)and as fast as humanly possible depending on the time of year! “JACEN FOUT was my Salesman a couple of weeks ago. He was so much help! As I am a Senior Citizen, ... I don't know what many of the buttons are for. Plus I changed from Apple 11 to Samsung 14 and they are NOT THE SAME. He warned me beforehand, and asked me if I was SURE. So it was totally my fault! His patience with me was unbelievable. Well after 2 weeks with my new Phone, I went back to the store in downtown Massillon , and luckily Jacen was on duty. He remembered me and asked me how he can help. I had 3 or 4 things that were simple....but I forgot how they work. He's so very nice to people.....even me!! Thanks Jacen.”

“We switched from another company to T-Mobile a few years ago and have been more than delighted with the service we have received at the 30th St. store. Most recently my husband was having a few issues with his phone. The first rep we dealt with was Matt who tried cleaning unwanted junk out of the phone, made a few changes, answered several questions and sent us on our way hoping this would resolve the problem and save us the expense of a new phone. I appreciated his honesty and patience. Unfortunately the problem returned and off to 30th St. we went. This rep, Ryan was equally patient and extremely helpful. End result we bought a new phone. My husband and I are Senior citizens and not very tech savvy. Both young men explained things in a manner and speed we could comprehend. They both have been extremely helpful and represent the company very well It has been a pleasure doing business with T-Mobile.”

“I had an outage (which was my fault) I sent a email at 11pm hoping I would get someone to respond the next day... Chris responded within minutes and asked if it was OK he came out that night together my internet back up! No joke 20 minutes later chris was here and by midnight had my internet back up and running! I have never had a personal experience like this before! Internet works amazing service is a 12 out of 10 and after 5years I willL never go anywhere else! “Clean and pleasing to the eye. Customer service wasn't very friendly though at the store. I returned equipment and canceled service due to cost per month being $35 dollars more than T Mobile so that possibly could have been the reason. I've been a customer of Spectrum for multiple years. They weren't mean, just somewhat rude. Customer service for Spectrum was difficult to reach/speak to by phone prior prior to going to the store but once I did they were helpful and told me to get a receipt for the return of the equipment and also get an email or receipt for cancelation of the service. I asked for something showing verification for stopping service and was told that they couldn't do that. That returning the equipment was verification of cancellling the service. So, either customer service on the phone or store was incorrect.”

“MCTV offers reliable service, and customer service is friendly, helpful, and local. I've been critical in the past of their price/performance, particularly upload speeds.They are making good progress, however, in deploying fiber to the premises across their entire footprint. They are now offering 1 Gbps symmetrical service in areas with fiber at $89.95 per month including all taxes and fees, which is quite reasonable. Lower tiers are also symmetrical and priced well.If you're in an area they haven't yet upgraded to fiber, though, you get significantly slower upload speeds (15 Mbps for the most expensive plan) and the pricing is the same as areas with fiber.Once they've completed their fiber deployment, they'll be a five-star ISP without any caveats. For now, if you're in an area that's still on coax, the upload speeds at given prices are not a good value. Unfortunately, unless you have fiber from the telephone company available (few do), they are still the fastest and most economical option in the area.”
