The staff is always very friendly, much more knowledgeable about tech than I am (it doesn't take much to beat me in that regard, however)and as fast as humanly possible depending on the time of year! “I had an outage (which was my fault) I sent a email at 11pm hoping I would get someone to respond the next day... Chris responded within minutes and asked if it was OK he came out that night together my internet back up! No joke 20 minutes later chris was here and by midnight had my internet back up and running! “We switched from another company to T-Mobile a few years ago and have been more than delighted with the service we have received at the 30th St. store. Most recently my husband was having a few issues with his phone. The first rep we dealt with was Matt who tried cleaning unwanted junk out of the phone, made a few changes, answered several questions and sent us on our way hoping this would resolve the problem and save us the expense of a new phone. I appreciated his honesty and patience. Unfortunately the problem returned and off to 30th St. we went. This rep, Ryan was equally patient and extremely helpful. End result we bought a new phone. My husband and I are Senior citizens and not very tech savvy. Both young men explained things in a manner and speed we could comprehend. They both have been extremely helpful and represent the company very well It has been a pleasure doing business with T-Mobile.”
