“I called at 4:50 on a Friday afternoon to discuss switching my insurance to Erie. Kendra answered the phone and we did not end our conversation until 6:20. She was very patient with me and I never felt rushed. She answered all my questions and got things ready for me to come in the following Monday morning to sign the papers. On Monday morning I went into the office and met with Kendra. Once more she never rushed me but treated me as if I was the only task she had that day. I don't think too many would show such a willingness to stay so late on a Friday evening, but Kendra did. I must also add that I find her to be honest which is a characteristic I highly value.”
