“I travel with AAA frequently and usually do business in Akron where I have long been impressed with their outstanding customer service. This past week, however, I decided to stop in the Canton AAA branch to purchase some foreign currency for some upcoming travel plans. The front desk person, Kimberly, was very helpful and efficient and called me when the currency arrived just a couple days later. Many travel items and luggage is displayed in the front lobby area. Although all of these items are highly overpriced (even for members), someone in a hurry could get most any travel item here. Maps are also available in the store. I needed a map of a city and Kimberly also provided a little booklet about some of the sites there, which will be helpful since all travel books have been discarded and are solely in digital format. This is very unfortunate, as digital service providers are often not available when you are traveling in certain parts of the country and the former paper books told interesting stories about areas where people would not think of stopping, but were well worth a look! The Canton AAA is also well worth a look and I would encourage people to stop by and learn more.”
