“Every time I have gone to this location the employees have been very helpful and have worked patiently to resolve any issues. In particular I was in there on Friday, 3/29 less than an hour before closing when I had issues transferring to my new phone. There was 1 employee working and he was able to assist me and 2 other customers simultaneously. He was so patient and worked through several processes to get my phone up and running. I really appreciate the time and patience he took to work through my issue!”
“I always have great service here, but it seems like others do not. The thing you readers need to understand is that if someone in front of you is buying, and activating a new phone IT IS GOING TO TAKE SOME TIME. This does not mean the staff is ignoring you. They are doing thier best to serve each customer as quickly as possible. That being said yelling, or getting upset with the staff because they didnt serve you as quickly as you wanted them to because of other customers is not thier fault. Plan your time better. Plan on a wait, and be happy if theres not.”
