“Ed was friendly as soon as l came in he booked my car for earliest appointment ordered an ac compressor kept me updated by text or call the whole time on when it came in to the time they started on my car to when it was done.I work on cars and have a hard time trusting anyone with my car I know how some shops are I’ve been there. The ac I didn’t have the machine for or I would’ve done it myself. But after my experience with them I’m glad I brought my car to them. Ed came in early in the morning so he could get my car done before it got hot so I could have a cool drive.Thanks Ed you guys earned my trust Which is hard.”

“These guys are AMAZING. It was probably the fastest response to a AAA call for assistance I've ever experienced. The driver, I think his name was Chuck, was really polite and helpful. Chuck and the people here at Ted's really went above and beyond to help keep me from being stranded on the side of the road in a remote area that I'm unfamiliar with. My vehicle broke down, and AAA jerked me around; but Ted's Towing made sure I didn't have a worse day/night than I already had. I'm hoping I won't need to, but if I ever do need a tow while I'm in the area, I'll be calling Ted's directly and cutting AAA out of the middle. The only reason I'm getting to write this review from the comfort of a bed in a familiar place this evening, is because of Chuck and the rest of the great people at Ted's. Thank you Chuck, and everyone else that was part of my crazy evening. I appreciate you all so much.”
“Have used AJ’s 2 times would give 10 stars if I could, usually do my own work but time wouldn’t allow it, they installed an engine for me a few months ago (not an average job it was in an F550) usually you’d have to touch up a few things or return it to the shop for “adjustments” but not with these folks, I haven’t had to go back and fix or redo anything, Last week I had a Transmission installed in the same truck and again not a single issue, The cost was more than fair and we are 100% satisfied thanks a million!!”

“I was driving myself and my elderly father down from Bourneville to Wheelersburg for our haircuts, which happens to be next door to Bocook's Garage. My tire (all four were brand new) apparently picked up something on the 23 and went flat. Someone was nice enough to stop and put on the donut, since AAA was going to be over an hour (why they sent someone from Circleville when we were closer to Piketon, Chillicothe, Portsmouth or Waverly is beyond me). Yay to that gentleman! He also found the puncture and put the tire in the car with the puncture highlighted for the mechanic.
I called Bocook's while sitting on the side of the road, and they were really nice and said they would look at it, and had a tire in stock if necessary, if we were able to make it down there. We did make it the last 23 miles on the spare. Bocook's mechanics looked at it immediately, assessed that the brand new tire could be plugged, not replaced, and took care of it in 10 minutes or less, for a mere 10 dollars.
My hairdresser swears by Bocook's, and now I can, too. They really helped me out, and assured me that a new tire wasn't necessary (which I was willing to pay for) and took care of us and between them and the good Samaritan on the 23, they made what could have been a rough day (heat and elderly persons don't mix well) into a minor inconvenience. And we still got our haircuts, LOL.

I didn't even realize that the type of tire on the Nissan Rogue was not standard and is usually a special order. You had the tire in stock and got me on my way. You and the tow driver (Teddy) were my guardian angels on Saturday and enabled me to get all the way back home to South Carolina in time.”

I am in town visiting a friend of mine and we went to pick up dinner from a restaurant. Next thing you know, the sun is directly in her eyes and we are in a huge pole. The owner of the restaurant came out to see if we were ok and started looking at the car. Not knowing, I asked if he was a mechanic. Clearly, he wasn't, but shortly after, he introduced us to Tony (the owner of a junk yard), who works regularly with Geoffrey, the owner of Auto Stylz.
All Tony did was make a phone call to Geoffrey and he came to save the day! He came over to look at the car what seemed like instantly. He drove us back to my friend's house, started the process to get her a rental car, and towed her car to his shop. He works with pretty much any insurance company and is super knowledgeable regarding cars. I asked numerous times if I could do anything for him for his enormous generosity and kindness and he simply responded to "pay it forward". That just says it all.

“I went there in my hunter green 2001 ford explorer sport trac. When I pulled in I had a radiator hose exploded. They let me fix it there and never complained one time. Also when they put my used tires on I bought from them they didn't put them OVER TIGHT with their air ratchet like most idiots do. They stopped and hand tightened them with a torque wrench. I appreciate that more than anything Ive seen tire people do because in Ashland Ky a guy at 32nd street tires used an air ratchet to tighten the lugs on my 1985 300zx and stripped all 10 back lug studs and nuts. Mitchell Brothers workers know how to treat a vehicle and customers.”

“A-1 Has always been my go-to for all my glass and plexi needs, yes there are very few alternatives in the way of competition but if you look at the fact that, until this review I've never been bothered to LOOK for alternative glass guys, and it's not like I come from money and just blow it despite the level of service. No, they have always treated me with the respect and appreciation I expect to be treated with. They give you honest opinions for example this most recent visit I had ordered the glass I was picking up, but when I came in to order I told them what the intended purpose was and I asked them what was the best way to go, tempered or not, the choice they offered me actually saved me money and I got the better deal. Like dealing with many businesses, if you walk in and demand this and order employees to do that, you get what you get so don't get upset, respect us a two way street, being the customer does not make you the sheriff of said street, feel me?!?”

“I was able to take my car in for a tire change without an appointment. The quoted price for two new tires, including tax and disposal fees, was $240. Unfortunately, they were unable to remove three lug nuts on one tire and could only change one. They were cautious to avoid damaging the vehicle, which is understandable. The entire process took approximately 20 minutes, and they did an excellent job.”
