My request since the day I brought the vehicle to Firestone was to keep the maintence up with Lexus standards. The car has 110k miles on it and drives like it is just getting broke in. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day and the love that the process of finding out what needed to be replaced is handled digitally. I'm a bit old school too so I called in when I received my text link to ask a few questions about the work and they were also able to approve it over the phone for me as well.I primarily interacted with Chris from my first phone call to key drop off/pick up. He is an absolute sweetheart and was so patient in answering all of my questions. I had a part replaced and he had the old one to show me exactly what happened to it. “Took my van to Boyd’s after a large piece of stone went under my van on the freeway. They called the next day to inform me that the object hit the entire length of the muffler and pipe.Bill and his associate saw how bad it could have been for us when they realized the gas tank had been nicked. The old parts were saved for me to see and even took photos for insurance. They were so nice, communicated with me and did excellent work on the repair!! I will continue taking my vehicles to Boyd’s!! Excellent service!”

Not only did the mechanic stay open past 5:00 p.m, but he didn't even charge me for fixing the tire! Talk about amazing service, I will never go anywhere else's for tires. “I live.Very close to this shop, I have a custom lowered mustang and stopped in to see if they can do an alignment on such a low vehicle. Front desk attendant and technician were extremely careful on watching clearance as they got the car on and off the rack. The work was performed quickly and with great detail. If you have a lower vehicle, Mine only has about three inches of clearance, I highly recommend”
