“I was picking my daughter from Otterbein University. We were going to be driving to Texas. We took our car here and one of the tires had low air/pressure/low tread. We were treated with courtesy and respect. We were in a hurry and could have been taken advantage of. We were not. Thankfully. If I lived in the area I would make this my tire shop. “Good place to go but!They never have enough tire specialists or techs. I just needed a tire looked at this time and was told they only have one tire specialist working today so I would need to leave it.Last time they didn’t have anyone to do an oil change.I know I should be making appointments but I’m gone 12-13 hours a day. I’m on the go all the time.”

“I live.Very close to this shop, I have a custom lowered mustang and stopped in to see if they can do an alignment on such a low vehicle. Front desk attendant and technician were extremely careful on watching clearance as they got the car on and off the rack. The work was performed quickly and with great detail. If you have a lower vehicle, Mine only has about three inches of clearance, I highly recommend”

“So Kevin has been working on various vehicles for me over the last 40 years or so. I also build kit cars and trucks for myself and do a lot of stuff that I think I can handle. There is always some stuff on cars you just cannot troubleshoot or address yourself. So much more electronics and complicated suspensions. Kevin was able to run down a noise/vibration that ALL of us thought was coming from the driver's side of my custom truck. We had replaced the front and rear wheel bearings on that side.... werid. When his shop test drove it they heard the same thing I did.... After they put it up on the rack they used a stethascope and "listen" to the remainng bearings on the right side. Sure enough the sound was coming from the front right! Go figure.... and the real upside to all of this.... This vibration must have been combining with the DOD cylinder deactivation at highway speeds to make a "hum" which is now gone as well... I would highly recommend Kevin for your next auto problem or maintenance....”

“Took my van to Boyd’s after a large piece of stone went under my van on the freeway. They called the next day to inform me that the object hit the entire length of the muffler and pipe.Bill and his associate saw how bad it could have been for us when they realized the gas tank had been nicked. The old parts were saved for me to see and even took photos for insurance. They were so nice, communicated with me and did excellent work on the repair!!
