At Urban Arts Space, we wanted to launch our rebranding with window vinyl of our new logo, including a large and colorful design as well as new hours signs and matching window runners. “I hot take is people want cheap copies/printing and 5 star service. Those desires are at odds. I wanted color prints for an overachieving Flat Stanly project. My spouse made the pdf 90mb. This made self service a no go. The team helped me out, even though things looks bonkers busy.Yes, I had to pay more than just copies; but I got what I wanted and people's time isn't free. Could have saved about 50% had I trusted my gut and shrunk that pdf ahead of time.I think Jay helped me and a managery person was there trying to push through the chaos.”
