At Urban Arts Space, we wanted to launch our rebranding with window vinyl of our new logo, including a large and colorful design as well as new hours signs and matching window runners. “This is like DIY store where you have to do all yourself. Scanning or shipping are like self checkout.Using scanners or other devices might need some time to learn to use them if you are coming for first time. Help will be minimal but you can get your things done once you know how to use them.”

“You never know what you’ll get working with a company to help you print - but today I worked with DARRAH at this FedEx location to help do a custom print job for my wedding in two days. And he absolutely nailed it. He helped me pick out card stock, formatting, sizing, even with stands for the sign. He was an absolute expert, professional, efficient. Within one hour I had perfect signs printed out. It was truly the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a FedEx, UPS, Staples, Kinkos. It is worth it to drive thirty minutes out of your way to work with him because he will get it done right and get it done quickly. Thank you to the whole team.”

“I went to this store to pick up a few colored prints I ordered online. When I picked up, I noticed the prints did not come out how I had intended and asked if they had misread my order. Even though it was my mistake because I neglected to save the edits I made to my order before submitting, the employees kindly reprinted for me and showed me and my daughter how to use the paper cutter. “I hot take is people want cheap copies/printing and 5 star service. Those desires are at odds. I wanted color prints for an overachieving Flat Stanly project. My spouse made the pdf 90mb. This made self service a no go. The team helped me out, even though things looks bonkers busy.Yes, I had to pay more than just copies; but I got what I wanted and people's time isn't free. Could have saved about 50% had I trusted my gut and shrunk that pdf ahead of time.I think Jay helped me and a managery person was there trying to push through the chaos.”
