“This is such a great hardware store and auto parts store. Whenever I don't want to drive to Reynoldsburg or Heath, they always seem to have what I need. They also honored the price on a Husqvarna trimmer I bought there. It was listed at the regular price, but they gave me the manufacturer discounted price. Also their Napa parts store is very helpful too. They have helped me find parts before, for my tractor to do maintenance on it. They also have friendly staff working here which seem to know where everything is located in the store.”

“The folks here are always very helpful and eager to answer questions where they can, if they don't have an answer to a need they do their best to find an answer for you. The prices are a bit elevated but in a lot of ways worth it in a pinch when you don't have time to drive the distance to a big box.”
“Stopped to get 3 in One Oil. I was greeted at the entrance by a very friendly cashier. I showed the picture of the item to her from their web site, which said they had 2 in stock, and she knew exactly which isle I needed to go to and where to find it. Now that’s good customer service.”
“We've experienced great service at the Lowe's at 3616 E Broad St. in Columbus, Ohio. Just purchased a washer and dryer this morning. Brandyn, a department manager, remembered us from a previous purchase and did all he could to help us get the most for our money this time. Iris, a new staff member, was helpful in getting us answers to our questions and helping us compare different brands. We highly recommend this store for large appliance purchases.”

“I just needed some superglue today for a small repair. Parked and began to walk in the store when an employee who appeared to be on break outside asked me if he could help find something. Told me where the glue was and I knew where it was before even walking into the store. Didn't catch his name but he was older and wore a big brown coat.”
“They're great. It's always easy to find someone when you need help, and the staff is very friendly. The service desk employees go above and beyond to make sure that they resolve any issues. Now I find out they offer free delivery on some items? Amazing. It's super helpful when you have a booked schedule and only have a day at most to take care of some projects. Suddenly you can take your little evening downtime to put together list and poof, it's all there when you need it without spending hours getting there, searching around and getting back. I love shopping there, but the online experience is clutch.

“Typical big box store. Has generally a lot of what it has, though maybe not what you need. Have bought some tools there but then they stop carrying them even though still produced for example Porter cable.”
“I'm crying my eyes out as I leave this review. My oldest brother was diagnosed with lung cancer. He was starting chemo so I thought it would be nice to get him a lift chair. Around this time, my husband was fighting a terrible bout of Covid. I ordered my brothers chair via Menards website and thought it would take a while to arrive so I'd have time to take care of hubby. NOPE! That bad boy was there lightning fast. I called the store in a panic and spoke to a very kind gentleman named Tony. He assured me he would hold the chair. Today, my brother is moving into his forever home. I pray to God that he'll be there for a long time. I looked on the website, and it showed I was past the pickup time. My heart sank to the floor! His chair was gone! I called the store. I got a manager who located Tony and this amaaaaaazing human had held the chair! This kind of kindness and thoughtfulness guarantees we will continue to shop Menards! Thank you so much, Tony, for being a man of your word. May God bless you and yours! “I was there today to buy blinds. An associate named Burt told me “I cannot cut more than 3 blinds per customer.” which seems a bit silly of a rule as I only needed 6 but fine. So my husband said “perfect because she is buying 3 and I’ll buy 3.” Burt then said “I cannot spend hours on the floor cutting blinds and you’ll have to order the online. He missed our point. His customer service skills are awful and he was not helpful. In any event, I tried to order then online like he said to. Well, it said “cannot purchase online”. Now what? So I found another associate named Nicholas. He was extremely pleasant and tried to help us. He isn’t able to cut blinds but found someone else who could and later saw us and apologized for the other employee and asked if there was anything else he could help us with. Hopefully Nick’s manager recognizes what he has in him for an employee because I almost walked out and went to Home Depot or elsewhere.”
