“I ordered a Genesis SX-335 grill but when it was delivered the WeberConnect module did not work. I called the store and one of the associates, Justin Bell, came to my house and spent significant time troubleshooting the problem. He determined that the module was defective and, instead of simply replacing the module, ordered a complete new grill. Justin then took personal responsibility to assemble the grill himself. After the new grill was delivered, he followed up by calling me to ensure that everything worked correctly. That is the kind of service you do not frequently see and should be highly commended.
