“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”

The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. If you need a nice outfit on the fly at a reasonable price, then this is the place to go.”

She gets points for further savings, and she's always nattily attired. She gets comments from coworkers about how great she looks.The staff at this outlet was courteous and very helpful. There's a husband chair for me, as the help is always happy to put the clothes I am holding at a dressing room door with Wifey's name on it.When she's happy, I'm happy. We love Talbot's.”

“Being only 4' 9", it's extremely difficult to find dress clothes & jeans that fit. I was extremely impressed with the inventory available. It will definitely be a destination shopping spot for me. On the downside, not one associate spoke to me or asked if they could be of any help. This should be addressed with the staff at Premium Outlet Mall in Monroe, OH.”
