“I've only had to come to this location a few times. Given that, every time I have went there, the store was very clean, easy to navigate and there is always plenty of parking. The staff is always very friendly, quick and extremely professional too. I always dread going to the USPS if i have to. UPS is way easier and again friendly. I hate to say it but most united states postal workers are hard to work with, post offices are usually open weird hours and is overflowing with customers occasionally. I love coming to these stores if i have something to ship if i can.”
“My business rented an office there from 2011 until 2019. My experience with them was awesome. The rent was appropriate and whenever issues arose they were always dealt with promptly. If I needed help with making physical changes they were there to help. Since I needed to close the office I have maintained a mailbox there and they continue to be helpful and courteous.”
“The people working here are fantastic. First, they handle everything fast. Second, they are so helpful even when things need extra attention. I sent a print jobs there through the UPS Store, and for some reason, it didn’t get sent to them. They helped me get it sent to them directly and took care of it immediately. They took what could have been a big problem for me (the forms had to get to a doctor’s office ASAP) and handled it professionally and quickly. I will definitely continue to use this location!!”
“I have used this location to both print and ship. It is right at the end of campus so lots of Kent State users. It is a typical FedEx ship center but also has impressive print capabilities.”

“Ariel was working behind the shipping and receiving area when I arrived, already had a stressful day I was trying to make cut off time for an overnight package delivery. Ariel literally is an angel from above if it wasn't for her I would have never made cut off time for my package to be overnight delivered. She basically took over and basically did everything for me with my phone and printing and packing. ARIEL IS AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE AT STAPLES!!”

“I wanted to take the time to thank Chad and Anthony for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. We had a large number an Amazon returns and Chad was extremely helpful and explained the process with Amazon returns and how to package them properly to ensure we received proper credit. We had 9 larger packages and Chad mad it simple and efficient. After everything was done, he told me to reach out if we had any issues with Amazon. Day 2- I return to the store because the people we called at Amazon were very rude to my wife and offered us no help. Anthony came to the rescue. He went out of his way to contact Amazon and ensure we got the credit we deserved after abiding by Amazon’s packaging policy’s. Anthony was patient and took pride in helping us! I can’t thank Chad and Anthony enough! I highly recommend this location! I will definitely make it a point to go to this Tallmadge store from now on, thanks to this experience.”
