“Klines is a great pharmacy ! They have been open longer than I have been alive and the people that work there are very nice! I have had a couple bad situations with a young lady that works in pharmacy, she was so rude and was treating me very poorly and bad. I not one time respond back with any bad attitude or did I treat her badly back like she was with me. And she also told me my refill can’t be filled to Monday. I responded back with they I no the laws etc! This is my last refill anyways on this medicine bottle an I am allowed to get it filled 2 days early with my original day is monday may 6 2024 that day would be 30 days l! But I was told that today 2 days earlier I’m allowed to get filled and my insurance will clear it to be filled and I always have a copay like thing I don’t remember what it’s called but covers some of the refill and I have to pay like 10 dollars as a copay or something ! O”
“I've made the decision that my shopping will be Giant Eagle or nothing. They keep the place as spotless as possible. Can't find what you are looking for, they will get someone or do it themselves.
The people working there give it all they have every day. And the perks help with the grocery bill. Win - win for everyone.”

They carry many top quality, third-party, tested, vitamin supplements, and Natural Compounding pharmaceuticals that your doctor would call Lynn as a prescription. The pharmacist is always happy and willing to answer many questions. He is very knowledgeable. I always love coming in to this pharmacy.”

“It's clean good choice of fresh veggies and fruit, however was hard to get an employee that was eligible to scan beer (ended up leaving it) looked over receipts says bunch of points used in garden center even though never approved hate never enough lines open that's NOT self checkout only 3 cashier's ever open with at least 5 to 6 in line with massive AMT of groceries”
“I stopped in to grab some mason jars, vodka, and bacon. None of these items were for related reasons, they were just what I needed.
I found every item with ease, and they were priced acceptably to me.
The cashier was friendly and efficient, she had to of set a speed of ringing record on the customer ahead of me that really wasn't trying to leave any food in the store for anyone else...”
“Wow! Called customer service to ask about a product. Turns out they don't have it but the lady is going to call 2 other stores for me and call me back! Now that is good customer service!! I didn't think any place would do that any more for customers. Very nice!”
“Terrible experience dealing with this pharmacy. Always had to call to find out where my prescriptions were. Never mailed in a timely manner. Always some excuse, never took responsibility ever. Save yourself some grief and find another Compounding Pharmacy.”
“It's a small pharmacy, which I like. I've been going there for my prescriptions for over 4 years. I have one recurring complaint. Many times I've called and asked if my scripts were ready to be picked up. I then go there, and am told they are indeed not ready. Then they ask me to wait anywhere between 10-20 minutes. Very irritating, now I ask them to check the filled prescriptions, not the computer.”
“I love going to Sam's Club, especially the food service area. You get a slice of pizza and a large 32 Oz drink for $2.67
And the slice of pizza is the size of two slices put together just can't beat that price I also love the prices of the water yes some stuff may be I take my clients there to get water to save money because they're on fixed incomes and the regular stores charge an arm and a leg LOL”

“everytime I leave the Waterloo Rd Marc's in Akron, I say I'm never going there again. The cashiers either don't know how to communicate with the public or don't care. there is never a greeting, never a have a nice day. usually the cashier doesn't even acknowledge the customer. I would rather pay more money and be treated nicely. my cashier Stephon never said one word to me until I asked him if he talked. when I asked him that the cashier at the register next to him tried to stare me down. I'm sorry but I'm done with this Marc's and the HORRIBLE service.”

“Most of their employees are very nice. They have pharmacy rewards for refilling prescriptions. The reason I took one star off is one time there was one capsule missing for my antibiotics. And another time I got a half-broken pill in my 30 days supplies and I couldn't find the other broken half in the bottle. Each time I had to call them to fix it but no one at the pharmacy apologized for their mistakes. Lastly, they don't call me when my prescription is ready for pickup. I have to call them to find out if it's ready or not. When I get my meds filled at other pharmacies like CVS, I always get a phone call or a text to tell me my prescription is ready for pickup.”

“This place is a hit or miss!! Never have any lines open only a few self check outs but then want to stop you an check your receipt on the way out! Look if you don't trust us to ring everything up correctly then maybe take them out!!!! Idk. They are only there to keep an honest person honest,!! People steal like it's going out of style threw self checkouts and then wonder why. I have Soo much to say about Walmart the good an the ugly.”

“The are truly there for their customers and community. We have been at CVS for 10+ years and am now really ticked I spent the money I did there. Marc's doesn't charge minimum co-pays just because they can. So far for monthly meds we have paid zero...$50+ dollars would have gone to CVS.”

“After 2 weeks of going back and forth with my mail order pharmacy for sending me the wrong medication and trying to get it corrected, I finally had my doctor send my script to this CVS instead. I am so glad I did. I don't remember her name, but the woman I talked to in the pharmacy was incredibly helpful, above and beyond what would be expected, in helping me solve my situation. Best experience I've had with a pharmacy.”
