“It's a small pharmacy, which I like. I've been going there for my prescriptions for over 4 years. I have one recurring complaint. Many times I've called and asked if my scripts were ready to be picked up. I then go there, and am told they are indeed not ready. Then they ask me to wait anywhere between 10-20 minutes. Very irritating, now I ask them to check the filled prescriptions, not the computer.”

“Walgreens pharmacy problems is the short of staffing. One day they one hour and closes at 9:00pm but then you come again open at 9:00 am and closes at 5:00. The sometimes open Saturday and other time are closed.The staff that works there are wonderful but the need more help.Walgreens the store is very equipped like others stores. Staffing some are very helpful than others.”
“This review is specifically for the bakery. Just picked up a cake this morning and the woman working was very nice and friendly. The cake I bought was really good. Not overly sweet. The strawberries were fresh.The store in general is very clean and organized and the shelves are always well stocked. This is one of my favorite locations.”

My doctor sent a prescription for an antibiotic over to them, and they let me know it was ready before I even got out of the Doctor's Office, which was very helpful because I was very sick and didn't want to have to wait around for a prescription to be ready. They always get my prescriptions right, and they are Always speedy and kind. They are the Best in our Area.”
“everytime I leave the Waterloo Rd Marc's in Akron, I say I'm never going there again. The cashiers either don't know how to communicate with the public or don't care. there is never a greeting, never a have a nice day. usually the cashier doesn't even acknowledge the customer. I would rather pay more money and be treated nicely. my cashier Stephon never said one word to me until I asked him if he talked. when I asked him that the cashier at the register next to him tried to stare me down. I'm sorry but I'm done with this Marc's and the HORRIBLE service.”
“I ordered a cake for our 14th anniversary. When I ordered It, I told the baker that we had almond cake at our wedding and it was my favorite. My husband’s name is often misspelled, so I carefully spelled it and double checked that she wrote it down correctly. I asked for tulips because we are Dutch. We picked up the cake, sighed in relief that Niels’ name was spelled correctly and oohed over the tulips. When we got home to share the cake with our household, we noticed that it said happy BIRTHDAY and *my* name was spelled wrong! ??♀️ I fixed it. ? It was still delicious. ?”

“We always get our med's thru this pharmacy. The pharmacists are friendly, approachable, and always ready to address any concerns. Only one pharmacy aid really shouldn't be working there, but we can't say enough about the other pharmacy aids. All the other aids (besides the one) are knowledgeable and really care about you as a person. We've been patrons of multitude pharmacies and by far Walmart Pharmacy beats all! Kudos!”

“I ask the pharmacists questions and advice and they are always helpful and professional. The people that run the registers are always friendly and courteous. This is a good place to pop into when you forget something at the grocery store. Plus they have a red box if you're into that. Also they have a drive thru for the pharmacy which is convenient and they have good hours open really early and close really late. The only drawback to this store is that some of the prices are expensive.”
