This is my first time getting an appliance delivered, i didn't know what the etiquette is w/r/t to tipping these guys, but if these people are coming to your house my advice is have your wallet ready because when you see what a good job they do delivering your appliances you will feel such intense gratitude that you will feel *compelled* top tip these dudes.I regret not having cash when this happened so I'm leaving a glowing review; if you're reading this and you're a supervisor at RXO delivery please increase the salary of all delivery drives accordingly as these guys are literal angels doing God's good work here on earth”

“This is my go-to UPS store. The staff are typically quick, helpful and friendly. They recently added a self-service kiosks for drop-offs and returns. I had two Amazon items to return, in two separate return orders. I spotted the self-service kiosk, scanned, bagged and labeled both returns for free before either associate was done with the people they were helping. It was a breeze and I was able to get a receipt to my email. While it probably is faster for an associate to take the return and scan your QR code, this kiosk is a lifesaver when they are busy. Highly recommend.”

The facility also houses a USPS location and other offices and meeting rooms. They have ample parking including handicapped parking. It's a nice clean modern facility.”
