“This is my go-to UPS store. The staff are typically quick, helpful and friendly. They recently added a self-service kiosks for drop-offs and returns. I had two Amazon items to return, in two separate return orders. I spotted the self-service kiosk, scanned, bagged and labeled both returns for free before either associate was done with the people they were helping. It was a breeze and I was able to get a receipt to my email. While it probably is faster for an associate to take the return and scan your QR code, this kiosk is a lifesaver when they are busy. Highly recommend.”

“I have dropped off packages multiple times a week for the last 5+ years. For me, it is huge that the owner works with the UPS driver to not leave the store before 5 pm. At a lot of UPS stores there is no consistency as to what time packages are picked up daily. I know if I get there before 5 pm that my package will go out the same day. Thank you for your great work and taking care hundreds (maybe thousands) of my packages over the years!!!”
