“I work near the Mason location and an urgent message from a client came at the end of the day. I needed to overnight a package and UPS had already picked up at our office. I called that location and got Denise, explained my dilemma, and she promised to make sure the driver, who was already there btw, waited til I got there. I ran in the door and there was Denise and the driver waiting. I asked if he liked Dr.Pepper and string cheese and I handed it over. They made a stressful situation go smoothly and I can’t thank them enough.

The facility also houses a USPS location and other offices and meeting rooms. They have ample parking including handicapped parking. It's a nice clean modern facility.”

“I am glad I met Maddie here. She spent time ensuring that all details were entered correctly for shipping my valuable samples internationally to Indonesia. She was incredibly helpful and understood the importance of this shipment. Maddie even gave me her card to ensure she would assist me if any concerns happen during the shipment. My package was shipped on August 20th and arrived in Indonesia smoothly on August 26th.
