“I had an excellent experience working with Guardian, and specifically my loan officer Ben Montoya. I built a new house and Ben worked with me for over a year to make sure the entire process was smooth and easy. I had many questions and Ben was always able to answer them and help me feel comfortable during the long construction timeline. I ended up using some non-standard loan products thanks to Ben's advice and I wouldn't have known about these options without his help. “Leaving the same review I left on yelp, I have been comming to this exact location for four years now. They have always been super friendly and helpful. Willing to answer any questions you have. I have never ran into a single issue with them. They strive to be fast and efficient, waits are hardly a thing. Maximum line wait is usually 5 minutes or so! I'm sure the employees from 6 years ago based from prior reviews weren't good, but the employees I've had have been 10/10. Don't let negative reviews always fool you, people don't always think to leave reviews unless there is a problem. Go huntington!??”

We started using 5/3 just to have a second bank account in case anything ever happened to our Chase account and a card was frozen or anything of that nature. After 3 months of banking with 5/3 and more importantly the staff at the Ross branch we will be switching over to 5/3 as our primary bank.”

“Great for small business banking and flexibility to do most of my affairs online or over the phone. Downside is the tellers (all have been rude so far) can’t answer any banking questions when it comes to small business and you have to wait to speak with a small business banker. If my reviews was based on the teller experience it would be a negative 5. Thankfully being able to take care of most things without them give the review a much higher score.”
“April, Steve, Debbie win the nicest employees award today.I always dread going to a retail space where people are behind the counter that can talk down on you.When dealing with funds, it's going to be especially nerve-wracking walking in.Today I was greeted with smiles and questions about my life and interests, that were not too intrusive.They made a whole brand new debit card for me with busy foot traffic scurrying around and made me feel comfortable and happy the entire visit.April and Debbie helped me out, Steve was just there to look pretty ? “I love PNC. It doesn't matter which branch or what state the employees are stellar. This location is in Cleves, Ohio. There are two ATM machines at at the drive up lanes. Both ATMs are unable to take cash deposits. I don't understand why. This location is a full service branch. There is also a night deposit box but you must park and walk to the front and only entrance to the bank. Library across the street and a USPS mailbox in front of the bank. There is plenty of parking.”

“I am new with this bank. I have only been with them 8 months now. I have had a positive relationship with the bankers Holly and Patrick. I have had good tellers but one. Since I have only had an issue with one teller, I do the math and only take it down one star. No since of throwing out the baby with the bath water! I did talk to the head person over this so they can take care of it. If it becomes an ongoing issue I am going back to Chase which treated me like a queen. Holly does go out of her way to help. I am sticking around a while. Please don't let me down.”
