“This USPS at 1111 E. 5th is actually open Saturday 9AM-2PM and they went above and beyond for me last Saturday. The two ladies in customer service took care of my general delivery parcels, they helped me forward my mail online (because USPS requires ID verification at the post office and the clerk to scan the barcode in the email they send for security/ID protection), and when I used my ID they noticed a minor clerical error in the address on my new Ohio license that I had forgotten to check at the BMV. Very efficient, professional, knowledgeable and kind USPS staff! The other customers in line were nice too even though it was busy. Great job, E. 5th Dayton USPS.”

“Jenna is a gem, always a great experience if she's the one working. The old dude that everyone is complaining about has not been there for a couple of years now. The postmaster that started during the pandemic has no idea what she's doing, if you walk in and she's behind the counter come back another time. Hopefully she moves along soon.”
“Writing a five star review because I have previously dealt with the most kind and helpful employees here and I don’t want this to reflect poorly on them. I ship out my resale clothing items here and it has been such a great experience until today. Of the two employees at the front today, I worked with the unhelpful and unkind one. Such poor customer service. I left without even shipping my items. I hope I just caught her on a bad day and that she isn’t rude to others. Thanks to all of the other employees who have always been so kind.”

“Needed a money order. Most people, don't realize, that government post office money orders, are considered legal contracts. What is written on them, if "agreed to", what is written for, accepted and are cashed. Is a legal binding contract.”
