The GM is incredibly rude, tried to rip me off to pay $70,000 for a 44,000. I'm positive it was because I was a woman. I've bought 5 cars from Ganley dealers, 4 Mercedes and 1 Jeep and have never been treated like this. My opinion is they need a new GM at this Ganley.

False promises and outright lies do not make for a good business relationship. I was promised things that never happened and I was lied to about things that I did not get. Thank you! If this is Midwest friendliness then I am moving here! My experience is rudeness but here is very friendly staff from service and parts. When in a dire stretch they helped. I will be using them for all my Kia needs when in OH.
