“I came to get a few cases of water. The selection was pretty well depleted, but not to the point that i walked out empty handed. I got in line for self check out because the clerk lines all had a few people deep waiting. As soon as i got in line, a super nice young woman asked me if i wanted her to check me out. I took her up on the offer and i was on my way through the exit in less than a minute. That woman made my experience worth coming back. I wish i got her name to let management know about my experience. I'm a sucker for great customer service and they had it at this store.”

Hygiene items, a large selection for pet care, and other essentials. Nothing is cluttered, wide open spaces, the people in the area as well as the staff are really personable and friendly which is a definite plus! “This is the only clothing store in the area. I've only shopped there a few times. The store is clean and organized. The racks are full but there are only a few items of each style and size. It seems as if they may be selling the remaining stock from other locations, but I'm not certain of this. Prices are ok but not great.”

“A great place to find some amazing deals. There were a couple of us looking for a cologne that was in a locked display. When I asked for help, the sales associate came to help right away. I wanted to see a couple because I had not smelled them before but didn't want to spray them on myself since certain notes trigger my migraines and the rep, who turned out to be the manager volunteered to spray them on her wrist for us to smell. Needless to say that the other couple and I ended up buying the Versace set. Now that's what I call customer service and going above and beyond.”

If you need pull up underwear for someone who has incontinence, You can get 20 pair for $6 change which I was told was a very reasonable price but you have to be a sized medium or small. Plus a really soft purple sheet for my bed. Love the materal.”

“I wanted some ceramic cereal bowls that were not white and at least a set of four and I found what I was looking for. Yes, the inventory can be unpredictable, but if you are not set on a specific thing you can find a really good deal. My set of four bowls was only 13. I have found a lot of good stuff for my kitchen at the store and also good deals on other things like socks and underwear, t-shirts etc. I love to stop in every once in a while just to see what they have. That is on my list of things that I need. Great deals if you have patience and our flexible.”

“I went to Saks Beachwood on Saturday to check out perfumes. I was quickly greeted by a sales associate named Eric. I'm a little over the top as I'm a die hard perfume collector. I had a doubled sided page of fragrances I wanted to smell. Eric grabbed a stack of blotter cards, a jar of coffee beans and said let's go on a fragrance tour. It was every bit of amazing. Eric paid exclusive attention to me and we had a blast smelling so many different fragrances, talking about our collections. I walked out purchasing Vilhelm Moon Carnival. Eric loaded me up on samples he was so generous! I can't wait to make my next fragrance purchase with Eric. Thank you Eric for giving me your contact details as I'll be reaching out soon ?”

“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”

“Staff is very friendly but be aware they will ask you to leave your belongings behind the counter if you have big bags so don't take this personally this is a high theft area and they are instructed to this.. Otherwise you should be able to enjoy the rest of your shopping experience as every thing is where it should and if not there is always available staff to help assist customers with any needs and concerns.”

“I live in Western Pennsylvania, and our Nordstrom is at Ross Park Mall. Compared to this location, Ross Park Mall looks wimpy. 3 floors, Schindler 700A elevators, and the best part: A more broad selection! Overall, this store is highly recommended.”
