50% of our drive up orders are missing stuff. One time, it was a completely different order. I spend so much time calling back the store to fix wrong orders. Today, I've only gotten a ring tone when trying to call the store dozens of times over the past 14 hours, so I can't even get the latest messed up order fixed.
Very friendly clerks & clean restroom, but geez, the shelves are mostly empty! Couldn't even find a container of sea salt. Depressing at best.
