βI seldom write reviews, as I expect people to do what they are paid to do. I am, however, taking the time to write this review of the service we received from Osgarβs body shop in Mansfield. I hit a deer recently and we took our Honda CR-V to them. Everyone was friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. They kept us up on all aspects of our repairs, did absolutely EXCEPTIONAL work, and had everything completed in a matter of a few DAYS, far quicker than we expected. They kept in touch with our insurance, and rental car agency, and literally made the entire experience as effortless as possible. I canβt say enough about how far above and beyond our expectations they were. I wouldnβt hesitate to, highly recommend them, and will not consider going anywhere else if we ever need work done again.β

βThe Auto Clinic is incredibly fast , trustworthy, reliable, skilled and very reasonably priced. I always walk out of there supprised at how cheep the bill and amazed at the thoroughness of the service. This might be strange to say, but I'm honestly grateful that I can take my Mini Cooper here and I don't have to worry about crazy high labor times or the mistake/misunderstandings I've had everywhere else. Other places have botched oil changes and then mistook that spilled oil for an engine leak. But when I came to the clinic saying I had a leak, they found the "cause" and cleaned the whole thing up super cheep.β
βI cannot praise this team enough. I was driving from Cincinnati to Akron when suddenly smoke started coming out from under my hood about a mile south of the Mansfield exit coming north on 271. I limped the car slowly to the Walmart just off the exit.. they werenβt able to look at it, but there was a kind stranger there that directed me to B&B. I slowly but surely got the car the 5 miles over to them and I am so very grateful I did.I have never felt more cared for in a shop. From the minute I walked in and greeted by Bob I felt I was in a clean and safe environment, and they were going to figure out what happened. Matt asked me lots of questions, and Rob got to work on figuring it out. Nearest we could figure was the oil was overfilled and blew out on the engine causing all the smoke. They cleaned up the mess in my engine, and got me back on my way.I will be forever grateful for their kindness, and HIGHLY recommend the shop. Honest and kind people. If I lived closer to Mansfield theyβd be my shop for life.If you see this, many thanks guys!β

βI had my Denali not even 30 days and blew the up pipes ive heard nothing but good about Dakota so I decided to haul it down he had the truck in the shop the next morning and i told him i needed it by a certain date and after all the hiccups extra labor and headaches the truck was done a week before i needed it i was very impressed with the work and unlike most shops my truck come back clean and no greasy hand prints all over my hood or interior very very very pleased and happy with their work definitely the best around and unbeatable prices!!!!!β
βI had an appointment scheduled for an alignment. When I got there they had no record of it. I had taken a picture of all the estimates and showed them that I had written the date and time of my apt down & their price quoted to me. After apologizing several times he said no worries pulled my van in and the two of them jumped right on it. I had to wait abt 30 extra minutes or so but over all I was satisfied.β

βI've had a slow leak in my tire for months and kept having air put in. When I popped in at Integrity, I had only asked for air, but the owner went the extra mile...saying "let's find out where this leak is coming from!" He quickly found the leak and repaired by tire in under 20 minutes! Very polite and prompt service, I will be using them in the near future! Topped it off with a car wash, which also was excellent!β

βBest car buying experience ever with Jonathan at Graham Hyundai/Toyota! He took all of our information over the phone on a weekday so the whole process was so quick and easy! We showed up and essentially everything was taken care of besides some signing for finance we had to do which was also an amazing quick process! We were in and out in no time and on the road in our brand new Chevy traverse!! Shout out to Thom for going over it with us, another super awesome guy! βTo start with I was very apprehensive about buying another car because of a certain crumby dealership in Orville that I had bought a car from recently that made the process difficult and troublesome. Then I came across these wonderful people I showed up intending to trade up and get a reliable car with great mpg that I saw online the salesman Leland was fantastic he came out the door keys in hand ready to roll. We took it for a spin and fell in love with it but when it came down to talk numbers it was going to be a bit out of budget because the car I intended to trade in that wasn't even a year in my posestion had a lot of problems that not the dealer in Orville or any of the mechanics I had taken it to previously had caught. The manger was very experienced and professional inspected it himself and told me everything that would need done if I drove away in my original car and gave me his price he's willing to pay after hearing all of it I found his price to be more then fair. When that was settled we filled out the paper work for the loan I was in need of so we sent that in and not even an hour later got word that we were a go and I was approved not to mention the whole time we were waiting we had great conversation with Leland and got to know him more. When it was time to select extra insurance and other things we were sent back to another nice gentleman who was able to work the price to make sure I was able to get gap insurance and still stay in my budget for monthly payments. I plan on only dealing with them from now on for all my maintenance and future car buying. Thank you all so much.β

βDrive by here on the way home everyday. Notice they're always busy. Decided to give them a try for my new tires. Was very pleased. Lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful in picking out my tires. Prices were good and comparable. Guys in the garage were outstanding and very friendly. Will definitely go back and recommend.β
