“I brought my 2018 mustang eco boost in and asked if they could put some straight pipes in to hopefully achieve a louder sound in hopes to imitate more of a v8 rather than a v4. Now obviously not expecting it to sound exactly like a v8 given the engine size, I was so impressed. The service was so amazing and my car sounds a lot louder! It truly does sound a lot meaner than before. The job was done very quick, 45 minutes tops. The men working on my car could tell I was very interested in the process and even let me come back and get a closer view for a bit. Along with the great service and quick time, the price was also very reasonable! For the job done I would even say it was a deal. Would 10/10 recommend this place for any work on exhaust systems.”

“I've been using Mr. Stratton and his son for over 10 years. Over the years they have installed two shift kits for me on classic cars, rebuilt three manual transmissions, rebuilt two automatic transmissions, replaced the clutch assembly in two all wheel drive BMWs and two Subarus, and have fixed the four-wheel drive components on two of my pickup trucks. They also rebuilt the transfer case in an all-wheel drive Cadillac for me and installed a winch on my pickup truck. They are a fantastic company and a great family who puts integrity first. “Let me tell you about this place. Its a small place that does big things. Jeremy was my mechanic.He was doing a brake job on my F150. This guy showed me every issue I had, and explained thoroughly what was causing my issues. Showed me the parts causing the failure and was very quick and meticulous in my repairs. The other stuff I witnessed in my time there impressed me as well. A transmission install, exhaust work, all done with expertise. These guys know their stuff, and do it at good prices. “I was in a panic, as my 2019 Bolt suddenly had a software glitch at 6:30pm limiting the possible charge to 51 miles. Concierge found them for me, 14 miles away. Stunned they were open till 8 on a Monday night, I arrived at 7:40, after keeping them on the phone as I drove. The EV technician figured it right out, and I could resume my cross-continent road trip 25 minutes later. No charge, as my Vermont service contract should cover it, but they’ll call me if there’s a deductible. Fabulous, brilliant, calming, and totally helpful to this passer-through! “It’s a first come first serve location and no waiting room, but you can go to Glens Surplus’s across the street and shop while you wait. When he quotes you a price that’s mounted, balanced and installed their is no extra charge. His has some that come with a one year road hazard. When you come in for a flat he only charges $5.00. I won’t go anywhere else and refer all my friends.”

I would recommend them to anybody. They are very nice people and do very nice work. I am very satisfied. The truck had to have new floor pans. Rockers and cab corners put in it which they did. “I’ve had a good bit of work done recently. This week I took it in and they found that my right front strut bearing needed tightened. Eliminated a very annoying knocking sound that was driving me nuts. Relief! I can’t say for sure, but the alignment still seems slightly off. Steering wheel slightly to the left.”
