“My friend is looking for an apartment for the first time ever and I was helping him look, and we stumbled upon this place, and let me start off with saying the staff helping us have been the best, most helpful and kind people ever. All of our questions were answered so nicely (trust, we had a lot!) and we truly have never felt more comfortable touring an apartment complex than here. He's in the process of moving in here and I feel comfortable knowing that he's going to be in a place that is so welcoming and safe.
(P.S. Shoutout to Kaylee for being the funniest and kindest person ever! She helped us out so much and was very thorough with the whole process, couldn't recommend this place more!)”
“I absolutely love living here!!! The leasing office staff are wonderful people, and they are always on it!! In the time weve been here, we havent ever had to worry about matience being taken care of because they are so ontop of it. The apartments are beautiful and all the extras like the pool, dog park, common areas and gym is amazing. I highly recommend, our little family just loves it! And Amanda is absolutely so nice and understanding, Amber as well!”

“Amazing place to living, Palmera definitely is the better place in Mason, very clean place, all amenities work pretty good, the apartments are so new, maintenance of common areas is always up to date!The insulation of the apartments works well, which saves energy, and a very valid point is that your utility bill is very fair.I couldn't help but mention the super kind staff, willing to do the best for our family, I would like to mention in particular, Sydney Bode and Jack very nice people, good professionals.Very good neighbors!”
“Kim was wonderful to work with! She helped me remotely through the leasing process and took the time to answer my questions. My husband had temporary corporate housing at Redwood and he enjoyed the quiet community and the comfort of the apartment. Our family is moving from out-of-state to Redwood!”

“I have lived here for 5 months now and I love it. The apartment was updated with new cabinets and new carpet so I love that. Its quiet and the neighbors have been nice. I only had a couple minor issues and the Maintenance guy Rick took care of it right away. The office manager Kim is super nice and professional.”

“I have had a really great experience renting here, the office is quick to respond to me if I need anything, any repairs I've needed has happened within a couple days of calling it in. The property is always clean and the neighbors are super easy going . Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a longterm living situation.”

“I walked in and my first impression was I was in awe!!!! It’s beautiful first off second of all, everything is so clean and spacious and well organized. And then we’ll get to the staff the one lady I met and talked to her name was Jackie, and she is the loveliest lady I’ve ever met ever in my life And she was so helpful with us. She has amazing communication skills. She knows just how to get someone to wanna live there. So shout out to Jackie for being so amazing she deserves a raise!!”
