He was able to understand the situation and visited the house on Saturday night, spoke Duke Energy on behalf of me, and taken necessary steps to notify management and engaging an electrician next day (Sunday), getting the issue fixed on time. In addition to that there was an issue Air conditioning and fixed that as well. Thank you all?”
