“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”

“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had.
