“About 75% of the time my package is either delayed, out for delivery and the attempted delivery literally never happened yet it says they tried, or they’re so late that I have to sit around all day waiting to sign for the package and then they never come! 25% of the time it’s actually delivered the same day as expected and only one time have I received a door tag. Get it together people… ??

“I work near the Mason location and an urgent message from a client came at the end of the day. I needed to overnight a package and UPS had already picked up at our office. I called that location and got Denise, explained my dilemma, and she promised to make sure the driver, who was already there btw, waited til I got there. I ran in the door and there was Denise and the driver waiting. I asked if he liked Dr.Pepper and string cheese and I handed it over. They made a stressful situation go smoothly and I can’t thank them enough.

“I just went in today to drop a package with a previous shipping label on a Saturday morning. As soon as I walked in, got a cheerful good morning. And in under a minute, my package was taken care of and got a receipt. Also has a friendly humourous conversation which was really a boost to the day! Great place!
Now, some of u might think decent customer interaction is bare minimum for an establishment. I was in that boat but reality is in this day and age, this is extremely rare now! u would literally get shouted at if you tried using the UPS a mile away on Kenwood to drop a package - no joke.
So this place has definitely earned my business for future shipping needs.”

“I am glad I met Maddie here. She spent time ensuring that all details were entered correctly for shipping my valuable samples internationally to Indonesia. She was incredibly helpful and understood the importance of this shipment. Maddie even gave me her card to ensure she would assist me if any concerns happen during the shipment. My package was shipped on August 20th and arrived in Indonesia smoothly on August 26th.

“This is the best Fedex store and team to exist. Wonderful people like Peter, Hayden, Lois/Lena, (I’m so sorry for not remembering your name!) and Rob. They’re always kind and pleasant to interact with.
I would like to especially recognize Peter. I had been battling with returning a package to Stacees (please avoid this place like the plague.) After a month, they advised me that I had to pay out of pocket to ship my unopened package back to China. It costed more to ship it back to China than the actual dress was worth. I reluctantly accepted my fate and paid to send it back to China.
Halfway home, I realized that I was being ridiculous and might as well keep the dress instead of paying hundreds to return it. I called Fedex and was hoping for the best. Peter answered and graciously cancelled my order. I promised I would pick up the dress this Friday (about 2 days later.) SHOUT OUT to Peter for saving me hundreds and being so awesome. I definitely owe you one!!!
